Cell-surface expression of the FLAG-tagged human P2Y₁₂ receptor on CHO-K1 cells.

The CHO-K1 cells transfected with (A) vector alone or (B) the FLAG-tagged human P2Y₁₂ receptor cDNA construct were treated with FITC-conjugated anti-FLAG antibodies and visualized in a fluorescence microscope (original magnification, × 1000) after washing.
