Healthy volunteers (n = 10) received 0.3 μg/kg DDAVP over 30 minutes. VWF:Ag is indicated by ●; ADAMTS13, ○; VWF:CBA, ▴; and VWF:pp, ▵. Data are presented as means ± standard errors of mean. Presence of unusually large (UL) VWF:MM is indicated by +; absence of UL VWF:MM, −.
