Immunolocation of TSP2 in MKs in vivo.
Anti-TSP1 and anti-TSP2 antibodies were used to immunolocalize their respective antigens in cryosections of bone marrow. Reactions were visualized by FITC-conjugated IgG. TSP1 was abundantly distributed in the cytoplasm of all MKs (B), whereas TSP2 was present in a subset of MKs and was detected at the cell boundary (A). TSP2 was also present in the marrow stroma (A).
