Evaluation of blood tests after neonatal transduction of hemophilia B dogs.
Newborn hemophilia B dogs were injected intravenously with 0.8 to 1.3 × 1010 TU/kg hAAT-cFIX–WPRE at 2 days after birth as detailed in “Materials and methods.” Blood tests were evaluated at the indicated times after the first dose of RV.
