Analysis of tyrosine phosphorylated proteins in Daudi cells and CLL samples.

Immunoblot analysis of tyrosine phosphorylated proteins in Daudi cells (A) or representative CLL samples (B) incubated with anti–human IgM or isotype control antibody. Tyrosine phosphorylated proteins were detected by direct immunoblotting using antibody 4G10. Proteins were separated on a 10% SDS-PAGE gel. The molecular mass of protein standards is shown.
