Total cell lysates were prepared from PLB-985 clones stably transfected with pEF-PGKpac (empty vector) or with pEFpac-CUL-4A-HA (CUL-4A-HA1 orCUL-4A-HA2), and 10 μg of each lysate was analyzed by immunoblot probed with anti-HA monoclonal antibodies (top panel), anti–Cul-4A antiserum (middle panel), or anti-actin monoclonal antibodies (bottom panel).
