SDF-1–induced internalization of wild-type and mutated CXCR4 molecules stably expressed at the surface of the HEK/CD4.403 cell line.

Cells were incubated with PBS alone (white histograms) or a solution of SDF-1 at 200 nM (black histograms) in PBS at 37°C. After incubation of the anti-CXCR4 mAb at 10 μg/mL, bound Ab was detected with a FITC-labeled antimouse immunoglobulin. Results of data from 1 experiment representative of 4 are shown.
