B cells were activated for 4 days in primary culture, then isolated and cultured for 15 hours in medium/cytokines, as for the transduction in Figure 2. Shown are profiles for cellular DNA content obtained at the end of the 15-hour incubation, performed either in the absence (Control) or presence of mitosis inhibitor (Nocodazole, 50 ng/mL).
