(A) Flow cytometric analysis for KSL in recipient mice. Respective gates for GFP⁻ (recipient-derived, left) and GFP⁺ (donor-derived: HES-1Igv–transduced, middle; GFPv-transduced, right) cells of the lineage-negative population were analyzed for c-Kit and Sca-1 staining.
