Cytokine profile of IL-7 mediated lentiviral-transduced naive T cells.

Freshly isolated CD4⁺ naive CB T cells (A) and 6-day IL-7–prestimulated CD4⁺ adult naive T cells (B) were incubated for 6 days and 4 days, respectively, with IL-7–displaying VSV-G–pseudotyped vectors (G/IL7SUx) or VSV-G–pseudotyped vectors in the presence of IL-7. Control incubations were performed of CB T cells and adult T cells for 6 and 10 days, respectively, in the presence of rIL-7. At 5 hours prior to assessment of IL-2, IL-4, and INFγ accumulation, these T-cells subsets were activated with PMA and ionomycin. The percentage of cells in each region is indicated.
