Priming of OVA-Tg cells in TLI-preconditioned mice alters recall cytokine response.

OVA-Tg cells were adoptively transferred into TLI-preconditioned mice one day after completion of TLI. Seven days later, spleen cells were isolated from individual mice and cultured with increasing concentrations of OVA peptide for 48 hours, and cytokines were measured in the culture supernatant. Bars represent the means ± SE of cytokine responses from individual TLI-preconditioned CB6F₁(black, n = 7) and BALB/c (hatched, n = 3) mice. The data are pooled from 3 separate experiments.
