Results of CTL assays using CD8⁺ T-cell clones.

CTL assays were performed using ⁵¹Cr-labeled autologous LCLs as target cells. IYV-CTL is a clone specific for peptide no. 11, IYVLVMLVL; RYS-CTL, a clone specific for peptide RYSIFFDYM. The CTLs were incubated with the target cells in the presence of 100 nM peptide, IYVLVMLVL (▴), RYSIFFDYM (▪), or in the absence of peptide (●) at the indicated effector-target ratio.
