(A) Representative Mac-1/Gr-1 profiles of WT and Ik^L/L BM cells. Neutrophil lineage cells were gated into Gr-1^lo and Gr-1^hi cells. The graphs on the right show forward- and side-scatter profiles of the cells of each gate. Ik^L/LGr-1^lo cells exhibit higher granular content than WT Gr-1^lo cells.
