Primary (1°) tumors, cultured cells, or secondary tumors derived from cultured cells (2°) were used as sources of RNA. +/−RT refers to reactions carried out in the presence and absence of reverse transcriptase. B16.F10 murine melanoma cells were used as a negative control. Dotted box indicates lack of expression of EBF,Pax5, and Pax5 target genes.
