Bone marrow cells (2.5 × 104) of normal mice, Tg mice expressing wild-type G-CSFR, and mutant receptors with a 730 or 717 amino acid truncation (WT+, 730+, and 717+, respectively), and their littermates (WT−, 730−, and 717−, respectively) were incubated in methylcellulose culture with varying concentrations of G-CSF.
