Basal motility and chemokinetic responses to LPA and S1P were assessed in the presence or absence of the chemotactic factor SDF-1.15 Results shown are the mean values for the numbers of cells that migrated to the bottom chamber, expressed as a percentage of total cells present (n = 3). Significantly different responses were seen between LSK+ cells and LSK– cells for all conditions (P < .05, n = 3).
