Chimerism analysis after competitive repopulation assay with Lyl-1^–/– and Lyl-1^+/+ BM cells. Ly5.2 BM Lyl-1⁺/+ (wt-5, wt-1, and wt-0.5, respectively) or Lyl-1^–/– (KO-5, KO-1, and KO-0.5, respectively) cells (5 × 10⁶, 1 × 10⁶, and 5 × 10⁵) were mixed with 1 × 10⁶ Ly5.1 BM cells and transplanted into lethally irradiated C57B6 Ly5.1 mice.
