KSHV vGPCR expression results in cell-cycle arrest with decrease in proportion of cells in S phase. (A) BC3.14 cells were exposed to 2 μg/mL doxycycline where indicated for 48 hours to induce vGPCR expression. Cells were then stained with propidium iodide and analyzed by FCM.
