Cdk2 activity is necessary for full chemical induction of KSHV lytic genes. BC3 cells were infected with lentivirus expressing the Cdk2 dominant-negative coding sequence in either forward or reverse (control) orientation; 72 hours later, cells were treated with 1 mM butyrate for 48 hours as indicated.
