IRF-3 is required for efficient IL-12p35 synthesis in mouse DCs. Bone marrow-derived DCs from C57BL/6 wild-type (wt) or IRF-3^-/- mice were stimulated at day 7 by LPS (100 ng/mL) or MPL (1 μg/mL) for the indicated time period.
