Killing of CD40-activated B cells pulsed with native peptides by T cells generated against the native peptide (Native-Native), killing of CD40-activated B cells pulsed with heteroclitic peptides by T cells generated against the heteroclitic peptide (Heteroclitic-Heteroclitic), and killing of CD40-activated B cells pulsed with native peptides by T cells generated against the heteroclitic peptide (Heteroclitic-Native). The top lines in the boxplot represent the 75% quartile, and the bottom line represents the 25% quartile, with the middle line showing the median. The results of the specific lysis are at an effector-target ratio of 30:1 and are mean values from experiments done in triplicate with samples from 3 different donors.
