Changes in hematologic parameters in adult mice treated with anti-VEGF. (A) Changes in C57BL/6 adult mice aged 16 weeks following 2 weeks of anti-VEGF or control IgG treatment. Isolated cells were incubated with lineage-specific monoclonal antibodies and analyzed by flow cytometry. The relative percent of positively stained cells compared with total cells are displayed. There were minor changes in the B220, Gr1, and Ter119 population in some treatment groups relative to control.
