TRAIL-R expression of CD34-derived erythroblasts. CD34 purified cells were cultured for 18 days in serum-free medium with EPO, SCF, and IL-3, showing a progressive expression of glycophorin A. At the indicated time intervals (T), TRAIL-R expression was evaluated by specific MoAb staining.
