Up-regulation of Th-2 cytokines in OVA-challenged TG mice. TG and WT mice received intradermal injections into the hind footpads with OVA-pulsed DCs. CD4⁺ T cells from draining lymph nodes that were harvested 5 days later were cultured for 72 hours in the presence of either OVA (100 μg/mL) or medium.
