Histogram of the binding of annexin A5 to collagen-plus-thrombin–activated platelets: effect of clotrimazol. Platelets were preincubated with (right histogram) or without (left histogram) clotrimazol (10 μM) prior to activation with collagen plus thrombin. Following activation, platelet samples were diluted and FITC-conjugated annexin A5 was added.
