The effect of Lenti shNef366 on latent HIV-1 infection. Latent HIV-1–infected U1 cells were transduced with Lenti control or Lenti shNef366 at an MOI of 1. Two weeks after infection, EGFP⁺ cells were sorted by FACSaria, and EGFP⁺ cells were stimulated with 1 ng/mL recombinant GM-CSF. Cell-culture supernatants were collected 0, 2, and 5 days after stimulation, and the level of p24 antigen was measured by ELISA. The data represent the averages ± SDs of 3 independent experiments.
