Peritonitis was elicited in C57BL/6 wild-type (○) and Siat1ΔP1 (▵) mice with 1 mL of 0%, 1%, 2%, 4%, or 8% wt/vol intraperitoneal thioglycollate, as shown, and peritoneal cells were harvested 24 hours later and counted.
