Quantification by RQ-PCR of the expression of TCRG JγP1/2-Cγ relative to ABL in IM, pre-αβ, and TCRγδ T-ALLs and M3 variant (M3v), classic M3, and M1/M2 and M4/M5 acute myeloid leukemias. Results are presented as a box plot graph using a logarithmic scale. The boundary of the box closest to zero indicates the 25th percentile, a line within the box marks the median, and the boundary of the box farthest from zero indicates the 75th percentile. Narrow horizontal bars above and below the box indicate the 90th and 10th percentiles. Outliers are indicated as dots. The number of cases quantified in each category is indicated below the category.
