Dectin-1 promotes IL-6, RANTES, and G-CSF production in mycobacterial-infected BMMϕs. Cells were infected with M smegmatis and M bovis BCG (A) or M avium 724 and M avium 2151 (B) in the presence of PBS or anti–dectin-1 mAb 2A11 or isotype control Ab as described in Figure 6.
