Figure 2. Btk is required for bt/VWF-induced GPIb-dependent phosphorylation of PLCγ2. In contrast to results obtained using WT platelets, PLCγ2 was not tyrosine phosphorylated in Btkxid/Y platelets stimulated with bt/VWF. These results demonstrate that activation of PLCγ2 is dependent on Btk function.
