Adoptive transfer of defined blood mononuclear-cell populations. (A) CD11b⁺ (1.8 × 10⁶) or CD11b^– (3.2 × 10⁶) cells were infused intravenously into recipient mice 24 hours after induction of hindlimb ischemia. (B) Monocytes (F4/80⁺, 2.5 × 10⁵), neutrophils (Gr-1⁺, 1 × 10⁶), or NK cells (NK1.1⁺, 5.4 × 10⁴) were infused intravenously into recipient mice 24 hours after induction of hindlimb ischemia. Blood flow was measured by laser Doppler perfusion imaging. Data represent the mean ± SEM.
