(A) Cytokine array analysis showing the relative levels of secreted cytokines in the medium of 5TGM1, normal, and TCCM-treated BMDCs. Positive (Pos) and negative (Neg) controls were included in the array. An arbitrary unit, measured as the density of dots on a membrane for each cytokine in relationship to positive and negative controls, is provided to represent the relative concentration of the cytokines.
