Effect of PKC inhibition on CLL cell survival. CLL cells were treated with the indicated inhibitors and measured for viability. Viability of the treated cells was normalized to that of untreated cells and is reported as a percentage thereof. Tests for statistical significance were performed using Student t test for paired data.
