The slopes of the plots represent dose intensity, and the plateaus represent median total dose delivered. The delivered dose intensity of the I-CHOP arm is higher than the delivered dose intensity of the CHOP arm, but the median total delivered dose is quite similar. The cycles (steps) are less distinguishable after 4 or 5 cycles, which means that from that point onwards most dose delays or dose reductions occur.
