Comparison between mean fluorothymidine (FLT) standardized uptake values (SUVs) and FDG SUVs in patients with indolent and aggressive non-Hodgkin lymphoma. The scattergrams demonstrate the superiority of FLT in differentiating between the 2 lymphoma types. Note the considerable overlap in FDG-SUVs between indolent and aggressive lymphoma. The only patient with an overlap in FLT-SUV was initially diagnosed with indolent lymphoma but was reclassified as high-grade lymphoma 3 weeks after PET imaging.
