Elevated expression of MYC protein in TCL1-tg DLBCL and BLL. A Western blot for MYC and β-actin expression is shown for BLL (K7, P3, and K18), DLBCL (K9, K14) and control (WT) spleen cells.¹²  The ratio of MYC to β-actin expression was determined by densitometry.
