Production of IL-12 and IL-10 by FV-infected DCs. Myeloid DCs were generated from the bone marrow of FV-infected (inf DC) or uninfected (DC) BALB/c mice and stimulated in vitro with CpG 1826 ODNs (6 μg/mL) or poly(I:C) (100 μg/mL). Infected DCs were enriched by FACS-based cell sorting. As negative controls, DCs were stimulated with an ODN without CpG motif (ODN-control) or left nonstimulated. After 24 hours, supernatants from stimulated cultures were analyzed by ELISA for the concentration of IL-12 (A) or IL-10 (B). Cumulative data from 3 independent experiments are shown.
