Both anti-CD79a and anti-CD79b ADCs are effective in vivo. BJAB-luc cells (2 × 106) were injected into the flanks of CB17 ICR SCID mice and tumors allowed to grow to an average of 150 mm3. Groups of 9 mice were treated with a single intravenous dose of 64 μg of antibody-linked drug/kg mouse as indicated.
