Quantitative PCR expression analysis of selected genes in 5q− CD34⁺ CD38⁻ Thy-1⁺ HSCs compared with normal CD34⁺CD38⁻ Thy-1⁺ HSCs. RNA was isolated from highly purified normal and 5q− CD34⁺CD38⁻Thy-1⁺ cells and analyzed for quantitative expression of 10 genes, selected based on the array analysis.
