CCL5-dependent phosphorlyation of mTOR, p70 S6K1, and ribosomal protein S6 in T cells. Activated PB T cells were either left untreated or treated with 10 nM CCL5 for the indicated times. Cells were harvested and lysates resolved by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with (A) anti–phospho-mTOR (Ser 2448) antibody, anti–phospho-p70 S6 kinase (Thr 389) antibody, or anti–phospho-rpS6 (Ser 235/236) antibody. Membranes were stripped and reprobed for the appropriate loading controls. (B) The relative fold increase in phosphorylation is shown as signal intensity over loading control.
