LAT^−/− ALAK cells have reduced levels of cytokine production. (A) ALAK cells from the indicated strains were stimulated with anti-NK1.1 or not “C” for 5 hours. mRNA was extracted and subjected to RPA analysis for IFNγ and IL-2 as described in “Methods.” (B) The indicated ALAK cells were stimulated for 6 hours with plate bound anti-NK1.1 or a combination of PMA and ionomycin in the presence of befeldin A.
