Androgen depletion increases the number of donor B cells but does not alter autoantibody production to MOG35-55. (A,B) Splenic donor B cells were analyzed by flow cytometry for CD19 and CD45.1 marker expression. Results showed that there was no significant difference in proportion between Cx/BMT- and BMT-alone–treated groups. CX/BMT-treated mice displayed significantly higher numbers of donor B cells. (C) This significant increase did not influence antibody production to MOG35-55.
