CD8⁺ T cells from LGLL patients display elevated levels of DAP10 and DAP12. Quantitative RT-PCR was used to determine the relative levels of (A) DAP12 and (B) DAP10 expression in CD8⁺ T cells from 5 LGLL patients compared with healthy donors (controls).
