Time-course of mVWF expression after hydrodynamic injection of pLIVE-mVwf in VWF^−/− mice. VWF^−/− mice (n = 5-9 for each time point) were injected within 5 seconds with a large volume of saline containing 50 μg pLIVE-mVWF. Blood samples were collected at different time points after injection, and plasma mVWF expression was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Data are presented as means plus or minus SEM.
