TCR Vβ repertoires of LCMV-specific CD8 T cells. Splenocytes from individual LCMV-infected mice (7 T-cell KO HP mice, ■; 5 WT mice, □) at day 8 were harvested. Cells were stained with MHC class I tetramers specific for LCMV D^bGP-33 (A), K^bGP-34 (B), D^bGP-276 (C), D^bNP-396 (D), or for K^bNP-205 (E) and then stained with surface makers and Vβ chains. The percentage of Vβ-positive cells was analyzed by gating on tetramer-positive cells.
