CpG ODNs markedly increase GFP⁺ effector T-cell number in lymphoid and nonlymphoid organs on d14 after BMT. B10.BR mice were lethally irradiated and infused with B6 wild-type BM and B6 GFP⁺ purified T cells. CpG ODNs (100 μg) was administered on d0 and d7.
