Four days later cells at the vaccination sites were isolated and subsequently analyzed by flow cytometry for the presence of CD11c+, CD11b+, and CD8α+ DCs. Results are percentages and are representative of 1 of at least 3 animals per group. The difference observed between B16 and B16-GM in each group was highly significant (**P ≤ .005) except for the βc−/− group (*P = .45).
