Ex vivo deletion of survivin in mouse bone marrow cells leads to increased polyploidization of megakaryocytes. Lineage-depleted bone marrow cells from Surfl/fl mice were infected with MSCV-GFP or MSCV-Cre-GFP and cultured with TPO (20 ng/mL) for 3 days.
