The immunoprecipitates and the outputs (IP supernatants) were analyzed for the presence for the indicated proteins by immunoblotting. (C) Supernatants of Bcl-2 immunoprecipitation (300 μg) were used for Mcl-1 immunoprecipitation. Immunoblotting was preformed as described.
