LILRB1 mRNA levels does not account for different subset-specific CD85j protein expression. LILRB1 transcripts were quantified by qRT-PCR in RNA from magnetic bead–separated CD8 T cells, CD19 B cells, and CD14 monocytes, and NK cells were purified by negative selection.
